Refund policy

30-Day Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items.

How to return: Email support@pilnox.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable: Opened food/treat products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Damaged items: If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
